Processing
After your order is placed it will take our fulfillment team 2 to 3 business to process and package your order before it is picked up by USPS or FedEx. Orders placed on weekends will not start processing until the following business day (Monday).

Shipping Schedule
Packages are shipped Monday – Friday only between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.
Orders made on Saturday will be processed the following Monday, and orders made on Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday.

Shipping Time and Rates – Domestic United States including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, and Guam.
Standard Shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service) | $8.50 | 7-10 Business Days

Shipping Time and Rates – International (all others)
Standard Shipping via FedEx | $25.00  | 14 -21 Business Days

Free Shipping
All orders totaling $100 or more for domestic United States ship for free.
All orders totaling $200 or more for International ship for free.

Confirmation and Tracking
When your shipment is picked up by either USPS (Domestic) or FedEx (International) you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped along with the associated tracking number.

Pre-Orders and Backorders
All items that are marked as pre-order will be process and shipped on/or before their estimated shipping date. Upon placing your order it will be placed on hold until your item has shipped. Backorder items will ship as soon as more stock becomes available like pre-orders the item will be placed on hold status until shipment.

Lost, Damaged, and Stolen Disclaimer
Sunset at Vine, LLC its agents, affiliates, suppliers, and vendors, are not responsible or liable for lost/damaged and/or stolen items during shipment and/or delivery. All products are shipped insured. Should a product become lost/damaged and/or stolen during shipment and/or delivery you will be required to contact USPS and follow their claims process. Shipping Delays
In rare cases, processing time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances and/or popular holidays ie. New Year, Valentines, Mother’s Day, Memorial Weekend, July 4, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas or due to incorrect shipping or billing information. In the Spring/Summer seasons, we will be able to offer shorter shipping times as weather and holidays affect current carrier shipping conditions and delivery times.
