REFUNDS
Sunset at Vine, LLC DBA Sunset@Vine, sunsetatvine.com guarantees a full refund of all customer orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase. For example: If you place an order at 8 AM on Jan 1, you will have until 8 AM on Jan 2 in your time zone based on your billing address to cancel for a full refund.

Refund Process: Refunds are returned to the original form of payment within 3 business days however, it may take your bank or financial institution up to 14 business days to credit the refund. In the event, a refund can not be returned to the original form of payment. A check will be mailed within 30 days minus a $10 processing and postage fee.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM
If you believe you have received a damaged or faulty item(s) please submit a ticket via your customer account. Damaged or faulty does not warrant a return or refund if you purchased the wrong size item.
